This website is operated by Jaime-Lee Hind (ABN 80 282 330 442), trading as Embodied Therapeutics, a Gestalt psychotherapy practice based in Kin Kin QLD 4571, seeing clients in Noosa, Kin Kin and online.

I am committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

This website does not have accounts, bookings, newsletters or contact forms that store your details. The enquiry form on this site opens your own email app — nothing you write is sent to or stored by this website until you choose to send it yourself.

The only personal information I receive is what you choose to share when you contact me by phone, SMS or email — typically your name, contact details and whatever you tell me about why you are seeking therapy.

Like most websites, standard hosting and analytics logs may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited. This information is used only to keep the website running securely and to understand how it is used in aggregate.

Information you share with me is used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange appointments, and provide psychotherapy services. Client session records are kept confidential in accordance with my professional and ethical obligations as a psychotherapist.

I do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be disclosed only where required or authorised by law — for example, where there is a serious risk to someone's safety, or in response to a court order.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Client records are retained and destroyed in accordance with applicable professional and legal requirements.

You may request access to the personal information I hold about you, or ask for it to be corrected, by contacting me at hello@jaimeleehind.com.

If you believe your privacy has been breached, please contact me first so I can try to resolve your concern. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
